Another look at century-old girl

Sculptor Huang Tu-shui (1895-1930) was the first Taiwanese artist to enroll at Japan's top arts school in the early 20th century and only a few of his works still exist. One of these is a white marble sculpture of a Japanese girl created 100 years ago. The piece is to be displayed in Taipei for the first time in October after 20 years of trying to secure it on loan for an exhibition.
