Taipei, Sept. 14 (CNA) Taiwan's Tokyo Olympic bronze medalist Huang Hsiao-wen (黃筱雯) won gold at the 2025 World Boxing Championships in the United Kingdom on Sunday, by defeating Yoseline Perez of the United States in the finals of the women's 54-kilogram competition.
Huang defeated Perez 4-1 over three rounds, with just one out of five judges scoring in favor of her American opponent.
