Kenyan runners dominate Taipei Expressway Marathon

Runners from Kenya swept the top spots in both the men's and women's full marathon events of the 2017 Taipei Expressway Marathon, which took place Sunday on the Wuku-Xizhi section of the Sun Yat-sen Freeway, also known as National Freeway No. 1.
