Police on board Tokyo-Taipei plane arrest serial in-flight theft suspect

A Chinese man suspected of a string of in-flight thefts was arrested last month after being caught stealing cash from another passenger's hand luggage on a Tokyo-Taipei flight, Taiwan's Aviation Police Bureau said Tuesday.
