Alishan celebrates cherry blossom season with steam train rides

The Alishan Cherry Blossom Festival, which opened Saturday, will feature six guided tours on the area's 100-year-old steam trains to take visitors through the mountain resort's stunning terrain, according to the Chiayi Forest District Office.
