Turkish office teams up with Tzu Chi to accept in-kind donations

Those wishing to make in-kind donations to help survivors of a magnitude-7.8 earthquake that struck Turkey early Monday can do so via a Taipei branch office Tzu Chi Foundation, the country's representative office in Taipei said Wednesday.
