Taipei, Kaohsiung offering gender identity stickers for ID cards

The Taipei and Kaohsiung city governments have agreed to allow transgender residents to attach a sticker to their ID cards, specifying their gender identity, an LGBTQ+ association said Thursday, International Transgender Day of Visibility.
