Recent rains boost Chiayi reservoir from 5% to 57% capacity: WRA

The heavy rainfall in recent weeks has increased the water level in Chiayi's Zengwen Reservoir, the largest in Taiwan, from almost dry to over 57 percent capacity, the Water Resources Agency (WRA) said Monday.
