Chinese fishing boat, crew held after poaching near Penghu

A Chinese fishing vessel and its crew were detained by Taiwanese authorities Monday after it was found poaching in waters near the Taiwan-held Penghu Islands, according to the Coast Gurad Administration (CGA).
