Mild weather forecast for Monday before monsoon strengthens Tuesday

Temperatures in northern Taiwan are forecast to rise above 20 degrees Celsius on Monday, with mostly cloudy to sunny weather across the country before northeasterly monsoon strengthen late Tuesday, according to the Central Weather Bureau.
