Irrigation in parts of Taoyuan to be suspended for spring harvest

The supply of pipe-borne water to irrigate paddy fields in some areas in Taoyuan will be suspended throughout the spring harvest owing to water shortage, a division of the Central Emergency Operation Center tackling drought announced Tuesday.
