Coast Guard detains Chinese man paddling raft toward Kinmen

A Chinese man suspected of trying to illegally enter Taiwan's outlying Kinmen County using a polystyrene raft has been detained on immigration charges and turned over to prosecutors, the Coast Guard Administration (CGA) said Saturday.
