Taipei, Jan. 26 (CNA) People arriving in Taiwan who have recently been to Hubei province in China will now be subject to compulsory home confinement for 14 days, the government announced Sunday as it continues to beef up its preventive efforts against the deadly 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV).
