Opponents mull referendum on same-sex marriage law

Taipei, May 17 (CNA) Anti-gay marriage activists were left disappointed Friday after the Legislature passed a law that gives same-sex couples the right to get married, saying they do not rule out the possibility of seeking a referendum on the new law.
