Tainan experiences lowest winter rainfall in 121 years

The Central Weather Bureau's Southern Region Weather Center recorded only 1.5 mm of rainfall in Tainan's mid-west area from last December to February, the lowest winter rainfall since records began in the southern Taiwan city in 1898.
