Taiwan's Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) said Thursday that a man who allegedly incited online for someone to kill Kuomintang (KMT) Kaohsiung mayoral candidate Han Kuo-yu (韓國瑜) has been questioned by the police and the case passed on to the local prosecutors office.
