Low temperature warning issued for 15 cities, counties in Taiwan

A strong cold air mass is expected to arrive in Taiwan on Thursday, sending temperatures plunging to around 10 degrees Celsius in some parts of the country, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) said Wednesday, issuing a cold weather warning for 15 cities and counties.
