Taipei police nab 31 fugitive rapists in less than 3 months

Taipei police arrested 31 fugitive rapists in less than three months between March and May, a period that the National Police Agency had set for a special mission under which extra resources were pledged for efforts to capture sex offenders at large around Taiwan, according to a police statement released Sunday.
