Taipei crime rate highest in Wanhua, lowest in Neihu

The crime rate for Taipei's Wanhua District was the highest in the city in the January-July period of this year, while Neihu District saw the lowest rate, Taipei City's Department of Budget, Accounting and Statistics said Wednesday.
