Owners of aggressive pets to face fines if pets not muzzled

Taipei, Nov. 7 (CNA) The Council of Agriculture said Monday that when owners take an aggressive pet outside, they must keep the pet on a leash and have them wear a muzzle or face a fine of up to NT$150,000 (US$4,763).
