CDC to fine university for expelling HIV-positive student

Taipei, Aug. 15 (CNA) The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) decided on Monday to slap a fine of NT$1 million (US$31,900) on National Defense University for forcing an HIV-positive student out of school in 2013.
