Water supply cuts could affect 1 million Taipei households (update)

Water supplies in parts of Taipei were suspended Monday due to the effects of Tyhoon Dujuan, with one official estimating that the suspension could affect up to 1 million households in the city in the 24 hours after 7 p.m. that day.
