Offices, schools closed Friday evening except Kinmen, Matsu

Schools and offices were closed in all but two of Taiwan's 22 cities and counties Friday evening in anticipation of the torrential rains and powerful winds expected to be delivered by Typhoon Soudelor, according to the Cabinet's Directorate-General of Personnel Administration.
