A strengthening Typhoon Soudelor could bring heavy rainfall across Taiwan beginning on Friday, while areas close to its eye might see daily accumulated rainfall of 400-600 mm and gusts reaching some 200 kilometers per hour, the Central Weather Bureau (CWB) warned Thursday.
