Taiwan, France cooperate on second-language aquisition, sinology

Taiwan's education minister returned Tuesday from a six-day visit to France where he and his French counterpart agreed that Taiwan and France will cooperate intensively in the areas of teaching Chinese as a second language and sinology, according to the Ministry of Education (MOE).
