Round-island cycling challenge draws seniors, foreign envoys

"Formosa 900," a bike tour that is part of the Taiwan Cycling Festival, kicked off Saturday with a large number of participants, including senior citizens and foreign envoys, who said they hope to experience the island on two wheels.
