Land warning issued for moderate Typhoon Soulik (update)

Taiwan's Central Weather Bureau issued a land warning Thursday night for Typhoon Soulik, which weakened into a moderate typhoon, cautioning the public to be prepared for heavy rain around the country beginning Friday afternoon.
