Taiwanese NPO opens Kyrgyzstan branch

The Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF), a major local charity, opened its second overseas branch earlier this month in the Kyrgyz Republic in Central Asia, TFCF Chairman Lin Po-rung said Monday.
