Taiwan Fund for Children and Families celebrates 60th anniversary

A ceremony redolent with feelings of gratitude was held at the Taiwan Fund for Children and Families (TFCF) in the central city of Taichung Wednesday to celebrate the 60th founding anniversary of the non-profit organization dedicated to helping children in need.
