Taiwan inaugurates first heavy ion cancer therapy center

Taiwan's first heavy ion therapy center for cancer treatment was inaugurated Monday at the Taipei Veterans General Hospital (TVGH) and hailed by President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) as a milestone in medical cooperation between Taiwan and Japan.
