Researchers win Franco-Taiwanese science award for metal oxide sensor

Zan Hsiao-wen (冉曉雯) and Olivier Soppera received this year's Franco-Taiwanese Scientific Grand Prize in Paris Wednesday for their joint development of a semiconductor metal oxide (SMO) gas sensor for use in medical applications.
