New Taipei Mayor Hou Yu-ih (侯友宜) on Saturday said collaborations between the Kuomintang (KMT) and Taiwan People's Party (TPP) should not be a "zero-sum" game, but rather be based on shared values, amid calls from TPP Chairman and presidential candidate Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) to let the polls decide how the two parties approach a possible joint ticket.
