MOA, Taoyuan reprimanded over hapless response to escaped baboon

The Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) and the Taoyuan City government have been censured over their chaotic attempts to capture a baboon that escaped from Leofoo Village theme park earlier this year, the Control Yuan said Thursday.
