Foreign Minister Joseph Wu (吳釗燮) has been appointed to serve as President Tsai Ing-wen's (蔡英文) envoy to attend the independence celebrations of Saint Kitts and Nevis in the Caribbean region, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said on Saturday.
