Gov't releases 2nd video highlighting Taiwan's exclusion from U.N.

Taiwan's government on Tuesday released a second video promoting the country's global economic and security role, as part of efforts to highlight its continued exclusion from the United Nations on the opening day of the multilateral body's general assembly.
