Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. founder Terry Gou (郭台銘) and Taiwan People's Party Chairman Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) crossed paths Tuesday at an event in Taipei after Gou announced his presidential bid a day earlier, but despite media speculation that the two would sit down and "chat over coffee" about a possible collaboration, the two men barely interacted.
