A delegation led by former Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso will arrive in Taiwan next Monday for a three-day visit during which he will meet with President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) and other officials, Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Friday.
