Strive for peace but prepare for war: TPP Chairman Ko

Former Taipei Mayor and Taiwan People's Party (TPP) Chairman Ko Wen-je (柯文哲) told a forum in New York Monday that Taiwan must be prepared for war as it seeks cross-strait peace.
