The main opposition Kuomintang (KMT) is joining with four counties governed by the party to have licensed drug companies apply to purchase 5 million doses of the Pfizer-BioNTech (BNT) COVID-19 vaccine, KMT Chairman Johnny Chiang (江啟臣) said Wednesday.
