Ex-Changhua County chief throws hat in ring for KMT chairmanship

Former Changhua County Magistrate Cho Po-yuan (卓伯源) on Sunday announced his intention to compete for the leadership of the opposition Kuomintang (KMT), becoming the fourth candidate in the race.
