Full text of President Tsai's 2021 New Year Day's address

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) delivered her 2021 New Year's Day address Friday, in which she thanked all citizens for uniting to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, and helping Taiwan achieve what the world has been longing for -- a normal lifestyle.
