Online guide posted for international NGOs to set up Taiwan offices

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) has provided a step-by-step online guide for international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) seeking to establish offices in Taiwan, a MOFA official said Tuesday.
