Kao Yu-ting elected chairwoman of embattled New Power Party

Kao Yu-ting (高鈺婷), the former deputy secretary-general of the New Power Party (NPP), was elected as the party's new chairwoman Saturday to replace her predecessor, who was forced to step down amid bribery allegations.
