KMT chairman supports Taiwan-U.S. ties in meeting with AIT chief

The Kuomintang (KMT) supports maintaining strong relations between Taiwan and the United States, party chairman Johnny Chiang (江啟臣) told the de facto U.S. ambassador to the country on Monday.
