President Tsai Ing-wen's (蔡英文) second term will start with a high-ranking personnel reshuffle, as part of which former Legislative Speaker Su Jia-chyuan (蘇嘉全) is set to take over as presidential secretary-general, according to personnel changes announced by the Presidential Office Monday.
