KMT hopes voting age can be lowered to 18 before 2022 elections

Taiwan's main opposition Kuomintang (KMT) expressed hope Sunday that a recent proposal raised by the party to lower the legal voting age to 18 by means of constitutional amendments can be realized soon and put into practice before the 2022 local government elections.
