Diplomatic 'incident' no threat to Taiwan-Haiti relations: MOFA

A reported "incident" between Taiwan's top diplomat in Haiti and the president of that country does not threaten formal relations between the two countries, Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) said Tuesday.
