Former legislative speaker will not enter KMT presidential primary

Former Legislative Speaker Wang Jin-pyng (王金平) of the opposition Kuomintang (KMT) announced Thursday that he will not take part in the party's presidential primary, adding that he has not yet decided if he will run as an independent candidate.
