Legislative by-elections in Tainan, Changhua, Kinmen set for March 16

Legislative by-elections for seats to be vacated by lawmakers who won the recent local government head elections in Tainan, Changhua and Kinmen will be held March 16, the Central Election Commission (CEC) announced Tuesday.
