Tsai bestows honor on Paraguayan president

President Tsai Ing-wen (蔡英文) conferred President Mario Abdo Benitez of Paraguay the Order of Brilliant Jade with Grand Cordon on Monday in recognition of his contributions to the development of relations between the two countries.
